Paying $25 per hr Fence and yard work

I need some help finishing a wood fence, all the posts are in, and doing some yard work. Prox 8-10 hrs Will pay $25 per hr. for someone who can use power tools on the fence and then some yard work. Need ASAP Must be mature. physically able, and know what they are doing. Don' want to train anyone. May have a bit more work in addition. Must know how to tell time and show up when you said you would. This may stretch over 3-4 days and will pay at end of each day.
