Looking for rehearsal space

Hi, I'm a drummer in need of a space to rehearse/practice. I'm in my forties and keep things clean and professional--no drugs, partying or nonsense.! I just need a place to practice a few times a week. Maybe you have an outbuilding or a barn or a basement you're not using and want to rent it out? Ideally it would be somewhere I could access during daylight hours and has a lock, and where you don't mind someone making a (controlled) racket. Let me know if you want to make a few extra bucks on that unused space!
