CORNELIUS, NC — Officers made six arrests this week in Cornelius on charges that included breaking and entering, drug possession and felony assault, according to the police blotter. Police also received six crime incidents this week for incidents that included one stolen vehicle, cases of theft from an auto parts store and a grocery store, and cases of fraud at an area bank and plumbing business. Arrests made by Cornelius Police Department between Nov. 4 - Nov. 10, 2020: Patrick Levoliger Minter, 36, was arrested Nov. 4 on Torrence Chapel Road, charged with misdemeanor breaking or entering Ricky Dale Sundgren, 50, was arrested Nov. 6 on South Ferry Street, charged with felony assault, assault of a government official, intoxicated and disruptive, resisting a public officer, and simple assault Noah James McClaskey, 23, was arrested Nov. 6 on Paradise Cove Court, charged with communicating threats Jestafon Shakiel Gibson, 29, was arrested Nov. 6 on Torrence Chapel Road, charged with driving while impaired, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance Garret Blake Bass, 19, was arrested Nov. 7 on One Norman Blvd., charged with communicating threats and resisting a public officer Leanne Michelle Cochran, 57, was arrested Nov. 7 on North Main Street, charged with misdemeanor larceny Crime incidents reported to Cornelius Police Department between Nov. 4 - Nov. 10, 2020: Nov. 7 — Larceny, Food Lion, 20125 N.
