Trade License Preferred but not required -No College Requirement- Work 50 hours per week - Earn Up To $ 71,500/yr. We Offer the Highest Wages in the Area! WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintain car wash facilities in Southern Fairfield County ( Fairfield -Shelton- Stamford-Norwalk-Milford and occasionally Bedford and Mt Vernon, NY as required) for equipment upkeep, new installs and equipment maintenance Be the expert that will service all the behind the scenes equipment to guarantee customer satisfaction with every visit! Solve problems and keep equipment operating at highest level Perform installation of wash equipment, components, repairing, replacing, trouble-shooting equipment and buildings on our property Work on special projects THE SKILLS WE NEED Working knowledge of electrical (single and three phase high voltage). Knowledgeable in the areas of Pneumatic controls, Plumbing, Diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instructions and engineering specifications and troubleshooting malfunctions. High level experience in plumbing and commercial building maintenance Self-motivated, organized, production-oriented, technical professional Detail oriented with unquestionable work ethic Good driver with a clean record Professional at All Times Able to move around freely Likes to Work Outside Year-Round Capable of lifting as much as 50 lbs.
