Experienced Housekeeper, Monroe NY - High-end private home 5 days per week, 30-40 hours - Days and hours are flexible Rate: $35-$45 Benefits Bonus pay Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: All aspects of general housekeeping and cleaning of entire residence to high standards. Make beds daily and change towels and linens as desired. Laundry duties as needed including ironing, organization, steaming, dry cleaning, etc. To ensure the house is ready and inviting for the guests when they arrive. Working with the principal on all the food shopping and occasionally preparing food for the family. To have a very high standard of cleaning: Clean and maintain the interior to a high standard. Ensure the linen, curtains, blinds, and fabrics are kept clean and laundered. - Experience with dealing with laundry, delicate fabrics, hand washing. Ability to cook healthy and wholesome meals on occasion. To be responsible for the preparation, serving, clearing away after family meals. To be responsible for the daily upkeep of the houses. Additional Housekeeper duties as needed and requested. Requirements: Time management skills. Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities. Proficiency in English. Minimum 4+ solid years of related experience working as a housekeeper in a high-end private home. Excellent references are required from both current and previous employers. Ability to work with high-quality items (fabrics, art, antiques). Flexible, organized, and able to manage time and exceed expectations. Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, ironing, and storage organization. Legally able to work in the United States Drivers license and proficient with the English language.
