Job description We are looking for Janitorial staff to service multiple locations. The goal is to keep our facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Service locations are in New Orleans, Kenner, Metairie, and Chalmette. BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Remove waste from facility Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Experience preferred but not required Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree
