Charlotte is a 4 year old border collie mix. She is spayed and potty trained, crate trained and loves to ride in the car. She loves to hike off leash, and can be kept off leash without running away. Her personality is very loving and happy. She is good with kids & other dogs. She is very excited and hyper upon meeting new people, but aside from that she is usually lazy all day.
