Rooming House Operator - Live In FREE RENT in exchange for the following duties: weekly rent collection, show empty units in order to keep building full of paying tenants, keep building clean, take out trash, supervise building, and shovel if needed. No Maintenance required. ( If you have maintenance experience, and you are interested in more work, we may have some additional work that the company will pay you for.) Successful candidate must have other source of income (like a job) either in the day or evening shift. Please note that small children are not permitted to stay overnight.
