Wanted: Team Member for Move Management Company Job Description: Assisting older adults who are moving to a smaller home, typically within a retirement community. Team Workers perform the tasks required to prepare for and execute a move. Tasks include: - Pre-move downsizing/organizing o This task includes helping clients go through their homes, including general spaces as well as closets, cabinets, drawers, storage spaces, to determine what they will move with them. - Packing for move - Unpacking and putting belongings away - Assisting designer with arranging décor and hanging art - Limited cleaning: o Dusting furniture (preferably during packing before move) o Washing some client items (typically china, crystal and other dishes/bakeware that client hasn’t used in a while.  ) - Organizing supplies - Occasional errands to obtain items for client projects - Any task we see that will improve the client experience Profile of ideal job candidate: People who thrive in our company are kind, patient, and intelligent. Team Members must be fully vaccinated. Starting Pay is $13/hour plus occasional tips and bonuses. We work throughout the Triad but are currently looking for candidates local to Winston-Salem to work with clients in that area.
