We are a locally owned and operated landscape company that is looking to add to our team. We do high end residential maintenance in the city and are building a growing design, installation and small hardscapes side of the business. The owners are currently doing the installs, but we are looking to have someone come in and work with us with the idea of taking over and running that truck full time. Being a small business, when other employees are out, this person would need to do maintenance at times to help out the team. The bulk of time this position would do the following. We do not expect one person to have the skillset to do all of these items, but the ability to learn and be trained are essential. - Residential Landscape Demo and Install - Planting Flowers/Perennials/Large and Small Material - Small Hardscape Installs (Pavers, Flagstone, Retaining Walls, Etc) - Irrigation Repairs (large projects are subbed out) - Shrub Pruning - Outdoor Lighting - Etc. Job responsibilities include- - Good attitude and ability to be at work everyday - Clean Driving Record with ability to drive truck and trailer - Equipment Operation (Dingo, Skidsteer, Tractor, Etc) - Abilities to be a foreman to do the above work. We will be working with you for a training period of time to prove that you can do what you say you can do Pay- Would be negotiated based on experience. We would consider hiring someone that is experienced, but not quite ready to be a full time foreman, but this would demand less pay than someone that is ready to take over that side of the business. Compensation for a foreman starts at $20/hour and would certainly understand paying higher depending on your capability and experience.
