This opportunity is for a hard working person looking for reliable work specific to residential lawn care services. This position also comes with learning the basics of residential construction, exposure to real estate investment and networking with many industry professionals. This person would be considered an Independent Contractor, compensated weekly for work/hours completed, mileage, performance bonuses, and receive a 1099 at year's end. This person must be able to provide their own health insurance, smart phone and transportation to the office/job site. Job description – Primary responsibility is to act as a technician for our local mowing and lawn care needs in Cabarrus, Rowan, and Iredell counties. Additionally, this lawn care position guarantees full time work out of season or when weather prohibits the ability to work outside. The secondary responsibility for this position is to act as a helper on residential construction sites. Attitude, character, and availability are more important than skill or experience. This is an enjoyable work environment with a team of NC licensed contractors where the majority of the work will be in and around residential homes and properties. Opportunities for advancement and bonuses are available based on performance and value added. Availability - Mon - Fri (Standard business hours). We can be flexible with other parts of your schedule given adequate communication. Pay - $15+ per hour based on experience and availability (Truck and/or ability to tow a utility trailer are a plus but not required) This position is most likely suited for someone young, hard working, eager to learn from trained professionals, and that is coach-able. This can be a long term opportunity or seasonal for just this year.
