Description
Northland properties is looking to hire 2 to 3 new grounds keepers to take care of the mansion in bell acres along with a few other smaller properties. This is not a landscape company. We are looking for detailed individuals with a good work ethic. You should be able to lift more then 50 lbs. You will need to have a driver license since there is no bus line close to us. Tasks will include pruning, mulching, grass cutting and other grounds/ landscape work. Your hours would be Monday through Friday 7 to 330 with each employee having to work 1 weekend once a month at overtime pay. This job is also only seasonal from March till November. There is the possibility for winter work depending upon how the season goes. Pay rate is based on experience from $12.00 to $18.00 You can reach me Christopher through email.
