I'm being very sincere when i say this. It is far better to be alone. Than in a bad relationship. Yes most all of us would love to have that special someone in are lives. and for those that do God bless ya. Learn to get comfortable with just yourself. pick up a hobby, exercise, get a dog, cat or bird, focus on yourself and things you enjoy. Maybe try something new that ya have been wanting to do or afraid to try. join a group that has your interest. Now i'm not saying give up on finding that special someone. Not at all. But try to become happy with just yourself. I prommiss you. You'l only become stronger and in time it won't bother you near as much if at all.
