Hacienda Mobile Home Sales is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance person. In this role, the successful candidate will perform many different types of construction projects (see below). The ideal candidate will be able to work with others and finish projects in a timely matter. This is a great opportunity that offers competitive salary and opportunity for advancement. TYPES OF CONSTRUCTION PERFORMED: - Residential remodels - Framing - Carpentry - Drywall - Concrete - Roofing - Painting - Plumbing - Basic Electrical Skills MUST HAVES: - Fluent in English/Spanish - Experience in one or more of the types of construction performed - Desire to work weekly - Must have Class C driver’s license (or able to obtain one) - Ability to lift heavy things - Positive attitude - Ability to learn and adapt to change in work environment Job Type: Full-time
