Outside Laborer needed to sort material, package, and operate machinery must not be afraid to operate a broom, help others or show up for work on time and consistently. will train for the positions needed on the yard. Must work well with others. Overtime offered on a weekly basis as needed. Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to learn in house data systems • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency Work Schedule to Include: • Weekday (Monday-Friday) 07:50am-4:15pm - Some Saturdays as needed (Overtime) Description of Duties and Competencies • Ensures good customer relations • Must be able to work well under pressure. • Ability to work standing or walking for up to 10 hours per day • Ability to listen and follow instructions • Willing to cross-train in other positions and assists other employees as needed • Any other duties as assigned by the Manager Company Benefits We offer a competitive compensation & benefits package to include: Medical, Dental, Vacation, Paid Holidays, Bonus Potential & 401k match among other great benefits.
