Fresh Start -NY is looking for a part-time janitor to assist in maintaining a building: Must be familiar with cleaning and sanitizing techniques. Must be flexible with working hours, be punctual and work well with others. Must pass a complete background check as we service federal buildings. Janitor Responsibilities: Check building equipment: HVAC etc. General opening of building: includes opening office doors/turn on lights. Stock office Fridge & Coffee Station General cleaning of the offices, building floors & keeping it maintained and in good condition. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Clean Elevators Stock restrooms. Emptying trash receptacles, compactors, and bagging trash for proper disposal. Qualifications: Light Handyman work Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well independently. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Handle basic maintenance, cleaning, and other janitorial work. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Able to use basic cleaning equipment. Looking for immediate hire > to Start by March 15th.
