Midstate Property Management is looking for a knowledgeable new team member to handle general maintenance calls and upkeep of rental properties in Clarksville, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. Requirements: Punch out/general maintenance. Must be able to show up on time and be accountable. Must have general maintenance experience (plumbing, basic carpentry, painting, etc). Prepare vacant units for new residents, ensuring the property meets the company standards. Maintain exterior grounds of the property and conduct seasonal duties. Conduct walk through of entire property to ensure everything is in working order, if not, take the appropriate steps for correction. Prepare for inspections. Be available for quick response per company policy if on-call duties are required. Attention to detail with eye for safety hazards. Good organizational skills with the ability to work alone. Strong communication skills and team work. Strong work ethic/self starter/team player. Must have truck and tools.
