Real Estate Company looking for full time, live in experienced Super to join our team. Applicant should have strong plumbing skills and experience with building maintenance systems such as boilers, elevators, compactors. Task will include plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work and janitorial skills etc. Applicant should have good communication skills as well as the ability to diagnose problems that arise in the building and complete necessary repairs. This is a 32BJ Union position and includes applicable benefits. Apartment and parking provided with employment.
