ALWAYS FIRST is seeking a Full-Time Competent Foreman for immediate work.
CERTIFICATIONS
- OSHA, Site Safety Manager, F-60, G-60, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing daily and weekly project reports and schedule updates
2. Acting as the project contact for other contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
3. Must have experience in Managing and Directing Six Men Crew for Demo Operations
4. Must become a competent person on the Jobsite
5. Ensuring that the work site is always safe, neat and orderly
6. Coordinate tasks to priorities and plans
7. Schedules and monitor attendance of work crew
8. Assign general and daily responsibilities
9. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
10. Monitor expenditures and ensure it remains within budget
11. Resolve problems when they arise
Work Experience Needed:
5-10 years experience in handling a Six Men Crew for Demolition Operations.
Special Skills / Abilities Needed:
1. Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills as well as oral and written communication skills
2. Computer skills including the MS office suite of products
3. Ability to communicate effectively within the company and with government officials, and with field personnel
Salary is commensurate with experience
