We are looking for a FOH Restaurant Manager evenings to join our team. We are a casual order at the counter Family Run Pizzeria restaurant offering Italian American dishes and NY Style Pizza.Some of the job duties are but not limited to:-Select and hire FOH staff and implement training and testing procedures for all new employees-Control and maintain labor costs through great scheduling-Coach, teach and mentor FOH staff-Enforce company policies for FOH staff-Ensure restaurant is kept clean through great safety and sanitation practices-Maintain a positive guest experience from the time they arrive until they leave, checking in with guests-End of night drawer balancing-Great at conflict resolution with guests and staffQualifications and skills:-At least 1 year experience of restaurant supervisor or management-Understanding of back of house operations-Ability to work nights and weekends-Excellent communication skills Job perks and compensation will be discussed during interview, competitive compensation will be based on experience.
