We are looking for a reliable and customer friendly Handyman to respond to repair and maintenance work orders in our residential and commercial portfolio. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in excellent condition by performing various tasks. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. Responsibilities: Perform repair and maintenance work orders and renovations including general electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Communicate effectively with residents Inspect properties, identify and report the need for repairs Undertake duties as assigned including emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow) Skills: Proven experience as handyman Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems Good communication ability Well-organized and with good problem-solving ability Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent Compensation is competitive with vacation and health insurance subsidy PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME
