Part time Maintenance person wanted

I am a retired power sports business owner and land lord. I need someone to assist me due to health issues. I need someone to Perform the maintenance tasks I can no longer do. I would be your helper and instructor. I have several projects to finish up and 30 years worth of Business inventory to liquidate. You must live local to North Branford within 10 miles for convenience. Your job duties would include basic building maintenance, Land Scaping, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work on my properties I am a Jack of all trades I would prefer someone of the same caliber if possible. I would train someone with a lot of energy, good attitude and aptitude for learning if they do not have experience. Occasionally is this work Can be very physical at times. If you have any injuries or Afraid to climb a 20 ladder This isn't not the job for you. I need someone minimum two days a week possibly three approximately four hours at a time time can be flexible Mostly afternoons to early evenings occasionally on weekends from 12 to 3 or 4 PM If you were on Workmen's Comp. Or have drug / alcohol issues or a Felony conviction do not apply! If you don't need a job, and don't want to work, don't waste my time! Please leave it for someone who really does, Someone going to school, someone who has a family, somebody who wants to learn a trade or someone waiting on becoming a citizen.
