Experienced Carpenter and Handyman needed immediately

I just lost my lead guy (and very good friend) due to other commitments he has in his hometown and now need an experienced, but reasonable handyman/carpenter for both large and small projects. We are usually renovating at least two houses at a time. Right now we are working on four, so I have a ton of work for someone who wants it. 1). Experienced carpenter for larger projects: entire house remodels (must be insured for roofs). One must have proof of past work and references. 2). Handyman for small projects: plumbing, electrical, flooring, tiling, drywall, painting, door and window replacement, etc.. One must be available if problems/emergencies arise. The proper candidate must be/have the following qualities: ----------------------------------------------------------------------- *Reliable and professional (must be honest, show up on time and act professional) *Experienced (provide references and photos) *Fast, but meticulous (must commit to project timelines and be detail oriented. I'm a perfectionist and will not accept hack work) *Reasonable (good work at a fair price, I would like someone LONG TERM) *Have their own tools (I will NOT supply them) **A good attitude (I'm a nice guy, but only work with cool people) I'm very easy to work with, but demanding of good work and always pay immediately via cash, check or Venmo.
