Lost backpack at Universal

My daughter left her backpack in a bathroom at Universal between Harry Potter and Dr Seuss about 2 hours ago. She rushed back just a couple minutes later and it was of course already gone. PLEASE I’m begging you if you have it.. you can keep the bag.. she just needs her ID to fly home tomorrow. No questions asked she just needs to fly across the country. We are desperate. Yes, she has already filed a claim with security and customer service/ lost and found. Nothing has been turned in.
