Description
I have an unusual van that needs work, but local auto repair shops won't work on it because it is too foreign, and I no longer have a workspace to work on it myself. It's a 1991 Mitsubishi Delica. It is a right hand drive, turbo diesel, 4 wheel drive, automatic transmission vehicle. I imported and installed a brand new engine. I drove it around until something seemed to snap loose in the drive train and it went into neutral. I'm pretty sure the bolts that hold the flex plate to the crank shaft came loose. I took the inspection plate off of the bellhousing and was able to rotate the flex plate with my finger. I need someone to drop the transmission and, hopefully, reattach the flex plate to the crank shaft.
My van is parked in front of my house in SLO. If needed, I can have it towed to a better workspace.
If interested in the gig, please respond to me with some information about yourself that demonstrates that you can actually do the job, as well as your rate.
