PrepexCollegiate Audition Prep- Zoie Hudson Prepex is a community where audition prep, individual development and empowerment align. Our mission is to provide an elite audition prep experience to all participants , all while cultivating a culture of self value & self worth outside of a dance team setting. This OKC based audition prep program allows participants to train with a diversely talented group of coaches, choreographers and mentors. Meet Prep Expert: Zoie Hudson I began teaching (ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary) classes and choreographing my own solos at age 14. My choreography won awards at local competitions and placed 3rd Nationally at Talent on Parade. I started choreographing for competitive dance studios in Tulsa when I turned 16. During my 4 years of high school (2014-2017), I traveled with Tremaine Dance Conventions & Competitions as a Company Member. In 2014, I co-choreographed the opening number for the Tremaine Competition & Convention 2014-2015 Tour showcase. In 2017, I furthered my education as a double major in Dance and Physical Therapy at Marymount Manhattan College, a private liberal arts institute, in New York City. I had the amazing opportunity to showcase my choreography on other dancers at two performance showcases in New York City. I transferred to the University of Oklahoma in 2019 to further my education and completed 3 years on the OU Pom Team, my senior year I was Captain. My choreography has been showcased in many OU Pom performances. Alongside being a member of OU Pom and academics, I use the summer to choreograph and teach for high school pom teams, competitive dance studios, intensives, and private lessons in Oklahoma. I am currently the Head Pom Coach at Norman High School! Go Tigers! I have a passion for teaching and coaching. I believe that dance is half mental and half physical. I love helping the younger generation of dancers find their path whether or not it includes dancing. The dance community is something so special and I truly believe that we have to learn and grow from the knowledge of others! Attendee acknowledges that the use of Prep ex Inc. at facility used, equipment, merchandise, services and programs (including but not limited to dance instruction, dance skills, acro/tumbling skills taught by various professional instructors) involves an inherent risk of personal injury to attendee and attendee's guests and invitees. Attendee agrees to assume all risks of personal injury to attendee, attendees spouse, children, unborn children, other family members, guests, or invitees waives any and all claims or actions that member may have against Prep Ex Inc., any of the parents, subsidiaries or other affiliates and of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors and assigns for any such personal injury and no such person or entity shall be liable to attendee, attendee's spouse, children, unborn children other family members, guests, invitees for any such personal injury, including, without limitation (I) injuries are arising from use of any equipment, machines or training services. (II) Injuries arising from participation in supervised or unsupervised activities and programs. (III) Injuries arising from Prep ex Inc. negligence whether direct or indirect (IV) Injuries, disease or infection, medical disorders resulting from excessing at Prep ex Inc., including heart attacks, strokes, heat stress sprains, broken bones, and torn or damaged muscles, ligaments, or tendons; and (V) accidental injuries within or outside (pertaining too) Prep ex Inc. including entire facility used, left or right respected sides of facility, or outdoor training. The provision of the paragraph shall survive the termination of this agreement and attendee. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is understood between you and Prep ex Inc. that both must commit to your program 100% in order for you to achieve desired results. You are required to arrive on time, wear appropriate clothing and footwear for classes. You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform Prep ex Inc. of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which might affect your ability to train safely and with minimal risk of injury. You understand that there are inherent risks in participating in a program of strenuous activity. If you sustain or claim to sustain any injury while participating, you acknowledge that Prep ex Inc. is not responsible, except where the injury was caused by his/her gross negligence or intentional act. Prep ex Inc. cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions. Attendee gives consent to Prep ex Inc. to photograph, video, or otherwise digitally record and use images and/or sound recordings to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts. I understand that the intended use of such images and information is solely for the purpose of advertising, marketing, fundraising and/or the promotional and public awareness purposes for the organization. I hereby waive any rights or interest in the images or recordings, as contemplated in this release. I acknowledge that this consent to use images and/or recordings is being made solely for the benefit of the organization and comes without any expectation of monetary compensation or other benefit to me. To the extent that any benefit accrues or might accrue to the organization from the use of images or information, I hereby and forever waive any interest in or claim to such benefits. I hereby release and forever discharge Prep ex Inc. (including without limitation all corporate affiliates and officers, directors, trustees, donors, employees, agents and volunteers) from any and all claims, liability, actions, suits, demands, costs, expenses or indebtedness arising out of, related to, or in any way connected with the use of images and materials described herein, and I hereby waive all rights and interest in and to such information and materials. I further acknowledge that there is no guarantee that any or all of the participants’ images or recordings will be used in any released media. All client information is strictly kept private and confidential.
