Description
Looking for apartment maintenance technician(s) that have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be self-motivated, good work ethic, as well as trustworthy, And must be punctual. This is an hourly position for onsite maintenance, incentives are given based on performance. Some HVAC experience, Vehicle, and Basic tools are a must. This is a full-time contract position. Starting pay is 18-20+ an hour depending on experience with a 90 day review with potential pay increase dependent upon performance. Paid weekly. This is a 1099 contract position.
