Site Manager Site Managers are responsible for ensuring that a construction project is completed on time and within budget. R.L. Groves & Sons is a family-owned business that was established in the 1970’s in Maryland. At the time the company was established, R.L. Groves & Sons did everything from small home renovations to new home construction. Twenty years later, my wife Karen and I had the opportunity to pick up R. L. Groves & Sons where my dad left off, in our hometown of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. We decided to focus our services on exterior home renovations, specializing in storm renovation. In 2019, we expanded our service area and are now successfully helping communities in Maryland, West Virginia, South Carolina and Georgia. Site Manager Key tasks include: supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the contract work scope requirements are met. liaising with the homeowner, other construction professionals and sometimes members of the public. supervising construction workers. Protection of homeowners property to the best of your ability. Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any issues that may arise. As construction managers work on site wherever that site may be, be prepared to face a longer commute as and when required. Salary is $40K/yr+ (depending on experience) with bonuses on returned material. Company vehicle and fuel card provided. Must have: 2 year clean driving record 2 year construction experience **Bilingual applicants would receive a higher starting rate**
