Join us for innovative workshops, networking and amplification of mentorship among women and girls in Maryland and DC! Calling all young ladies 12-21! MENTOR Maryland | DC and ANANIZACH are proud to announce the 3rd Annual ELEVATE H.E.R: Women and Girls Mentoring Summit 2022. The Women and Girls Mentoring Summit seeks to highlight the importance of mentorship among women and girls in Maryland and DC while creating a pipeline of transformative relationships. The goal of the Summit, convening to celebrate National Women's History Month, is to have the participants return to their communities renewed with new tools and information and a deeper appreciation of their worth and power as women. The summit will be held at Anne Arundel Community College on Saturday, March 12, 2022, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and will consist of several high energy presentations, panels, workshops, and activities designed to highlight, educate and revitalize all who attend. MENTOR Maryland | DC supports a critical approach guided by theory and research to expand the quantity and quality of mentoring relationships, as well as closing the mentoring gap in Maryland and DC. ANANIZACH is a small, dedicated mentoring consulting firm with 26 years of experience behind it, committed to the success of mentoring programs in Maryland. When registering a group of young girls, please note that there will need to be 1 adult per 6 youth. Q: WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 POLICIES? Masks will be required for the ELEVATE H.E.R. 2022 Summit. By being present on Anne Arundel Community College Campus, you are attesting that all of the below-statements are true: • I will practice social distancing (i.e. remain 6 ft apart from others) to the greatest extent possible while on Campus. • I will comply with all applicable Executive Orders by federal, State and local governments and will stay apprised of other directives, advisories, such as travel advisories, and guidance from federal, State, and local public health agencies and health departments. • I will comply with all protocols, directives, policies, procedures, guidelines or guidance provided by AACC related to COVID-19, which may be more restrictive the government orders.
