Then, guests will be catapulted into the future through The Bok Door, a transformative space mixing iconic Reebok basketball moments and technologies. Though you are attending a free event, before you proceed to ‘purchase’ tickets, we strongly recommend you read through the following terms and conditions: THE EVENT ‘The Bok Door’ event is organised and managed by IMA Home on behalf of Reebok and will take place at 1408 E 25th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, on Saturday February 19th from 09:00AM - 5:30PM. You can contact IMA Home at [email protected] for further information. All applications to register for the event are subject to availability per time slot. Your registration is not complete until we have confirmed your place by email. We reserve the right to refuse any application for a place at the event. The event will be delivered on the date, times allocated, and location given on the Event Brite dedicated webpage. Food and beverages will be supplied only as specified. TICKETING Tickets to the event are issued on a first come first served basis and are free of charge. No money should be exchanged for these tickets under any circumstances. Reselling these tickets for financial gain is strictly prohibited and tickets will be void. Each booking is for up to a maximum of three tickets - the lead booker and two guests. Lead bookers will need to add their full, legal name to the booking form and will be requested to bring valid identification to gain entry. Failure to do this may result in your party being unable to enter the event. If you can’t make your chosen time slot for any reason, we will attempt to add you to a later time slot subject to availability. Please turn up to your time slot within 10 minutes of your allotted time. Failure to do this may result in event entry being denied. GUESTS Every member of your party must bring proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test taken within the last 48 hours. If a guest fails to produce proof of a valid COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative test in the last 48 hours, they will not be able to enter the event space. Guests will be asked to follow the current state guidelines for COVID-19, wearing a face mask, social distancing where possible and using the onsite washing facilities and hand sanitizer. Guests under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. We require all guests to behave appropriately at the event and follow the instructions of our staff. We reserve the right to exclude anyone who behaves rudely, dangerously or inappropriately at our discretion. ACTIVITY The Bok Door event has some physical activities for guests to participate in. Participating in any of these activities is done so at your own risk and the event organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury caused whilst taking part in the event activities. The event organisers cannot take responsibility for the loss or theft of any items that may occur whilst attending the event or taking part in activities. You must take responsibility for all your personal items whilst attending the event. RECORDING OF THE EVENT This event will be documented by a dedicated photography and videography team. By attending the event, you agree to being recorded or photographed throughout your time and understand that all recordings and imagery will be owned by Reebok and IMA HOME and used at their discretion. ACCESS TO THE EVENT If you have any access requirements for this event, our Brand Ambassadors will be on hand to assist you and your party.
