Two sessions to choose from!
Dr. Brian Melrose, DPT will be teaching young athletes everything from proper lifting form to sport specific injury avoidance exercises. Participants will walk away with more confidence to explore the weight room, activities to improve balance, agility, coordination, and personalized recommendations for continued performance improvements.
This camp is designed for young athletes, age 12-18.
SESSION 1:
March 14th, 12 - 3 pm
March 16th, 12 - 3 pm
March 18th, 9 am - 12 pm

SESSION 2:
March 15th, 12 - 3 pm
March 17th, 12 - 3 pm
March 18th, 1 - 4 pm
