CHARLOTTE, NC — With most of the focus on the College Football Playoffs, there is still a collection of other fantastic bowl games happening around the country and in the Queen City. Virginia Tech and the University of Kentucky will square off in the 2019 Belk Bowl New Year's Eve at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. The game will be televised on ESPN, and kickoff is at noon. The bowl season kicked off Dec. 20, and games will continue into the second week of January, with the College Football Playoff National Championship set for Jan. 13 in New Orleans.
