We are back in person and look forward to sharing an amazing weekend with you. Begin the weekend on Friday morning with a tour of Washington DC-enjoy the Cherry Blossoms in our nations Capital. Enjoy Friday night vespers and Sabbath worship at Sligo Church, and join in on the other activities planned just for you.
While the school grounds may look different, you will see how God continues to bless and shape the lives of our diverse student population. Throughout the weekend "Reflect, Reset, and Reconnect" with former classmates and memories as you take time to stroll around campus.
Be sure to register and/or purchase tickets early for the events - we're expecting a larger group than in years past. See you soon!
Washington Adventist University (WAU) is a private liberal arts institution located in Takoma Park, Maryland. It is the only four-year residential tertiary institution in Montgomery County. The University is owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and offers a Christian education to nearly 1,200 students of all faiths, in eight graduate and 42 undergraduate programs. This cosmopolitan institution challenges students to seize the opportunities for learning in the nation's capital in order to become moral leaders in communities throughout the world.
