Kokedama with master Gardener Ed Daurio
Kokedama is a ball of soil covered with sphagnum moss (dryed and bug free) and then wrapped in colorful plain twine. An ornamental plant or succulent will be added to the soil before covering. This is a Japanese art that brings a beautiful and natural touch to plants, depending on the plant you choose. A variety will be offered. The idea has it’s origin in Japan where it is highly popular. These are a combination of neurai bonsai and kisamono planting. Care is simple and will be taught in the class.
