Meet career-minded individuals from all over the city, including students from local colleges and universities, local high schools and more.March 15, 202210 am- 2 pm Kentucky Derby Museum: Oaks Garden Terrace Exhibitors Receive: 6’ Table with two chairs & trash canTabletop sign with company name or logoRecommendations & Requirements:Set-up time starts at 9 am (table should be fully set before 10:00 am)Branded table covering and or pull up display are recommended Space is limited, so please be mindful of display sizeFully charge all electronics, as electricity will not be guaranteedBring no more than two associatesEach employer should plan to be present for the entire eventTear down begins at 2 pmGiveaways to draw the attendees to your table is encouragedA prize donation is requested - organizers will facilitate hourly drawingsPlease submit logo and job descriptions available to [email protected] no later than Tuesday, March 8.
