Meet your Admiral and Prairie Schooner Mates, and see the passing of the sword and piping aboard of Admiral Windwagon Smith XLVIII. WAVE, 650 E. 2nd Street Free and open to the public 4:30-6:30 p.m.: A Doggone Good Time: A Party in Honor of Our New Admiral CHEERS!
