Last minute Full Moon Ecstatic Dance hosted by the incredible Sydney Pacula. Don’t miss out on this special event! Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves without distraction. The music gradually builds intensity into an ecstatic state and gently brings us back down. It is a dance done with no talking and no drugs/alcohol to support the ease of finding authenticity and a meditative space.
