Description
I don't recall the technical name for the fallacy in your argument, but it's something like "appeal to popularity": Whatever MOST people believe isn't necessarily true. Time was when EVERYBODY thought the sun went around a flat earth.
Even today, I betcha' more people watch Jerry Springer or "The Bachelor" than watch evening news on PBS. That doesn't make them better informed.
By the way, Greg Gutfeld is going to do a week of shows from somewhere in Texas, at a big bar called "Gilley's". The State of Tecas has no mask mandates; Gilley's has no mask mandates. But, to get in and see this Fox News show, you have to show a vax card or a negative COVID test in the last 48 hours. Now how do you suppose anti-mandate Fox is hosting a mandated event? You can sure trust an organization like THAT!
By the way, I don't watch CNN. Mostly ABC/NBC/CBS, and a little MSNBC, all of which I'm sure are unacceptable to you. You've got Newsmax and OAN to fall back on to reinforce what you already believe.
