We are hosting a Gala to raise funds for our amazing programs at TLC and to connect with the lovely people in the city of Orange. ABOUT Our very first annual TLC Share the Love event will be an evening filled with music, art, care, joy… and purpose! Join us as we come together to share: Food! All food and cocktails provided by a sampling of local City of Orange restaurants and food purveyors. Music! Our beloved TLC music teachers Miss Grace and Miss Justine will share their talents as they sing and play for you! Art! We will share student art made with love by Miss Sandy and TLC students… come and check it out! Community! Meet and talk with TLC parents, staff, supporters, and members of our beautiful City of Orange community. Auction and more! The Share the Love gala will include opportunities to support TLC through our auction and other opportunities to Share the Love with TLC. The founding mission of TLC is to embrace the natural diversity of our world and provide all students with a high quality, joyful, and inspiring education — including those students who have been systematically and chronically underserved for far too long. TLC classrooms bring together students with disabilities, students without disabilities, gifted students, English learners, and students with a broad variety of cultures, beliefs, and lived experiences to learn from each other and develop a deeper understanding of our world. TLC’s carefully curated, arts-enriched learning and social experiences ensure every child has a chance to learn, make friends, and discover their own interests and passions at school. To offer visual art and music classes, counseling and social supports, and targeted academic interventions and extensions to all students in our learning community, each year we must reach out to our own community of supporters to ask for your help in supplementing the basic funds provided to our charter school. To support our efforts, please consider donating here or joining us to celebrate on February 5th as we Share the Love with TLC!
