Each chakra holds a specific vibration and purpose; an expression of prana (life force energy). When a chakra is out of alignment it prevents prana from coming in. By having vibrant sound frequencies harmonize during your meditation you can clear out your negative thoughts, anxiety, and stress-induced tensions held in the body.
