1/2 Pound Stuffed Cookie PopUp I am going to be working with The Union Market & Gallery in Tuckerton for a one day only Pop-up Sunday, 2/20/22 from 9:00am-12pm. Please purchase your tickets in advance. Each ticket includes one 1/2 pound stuffed cookie. Only 6 tickets per person/order. These tickets are at a first come first serve basis with only a specific amount of tickets to be sold. So purchase your tickets quickly before they sell out! Drinks and more small items to be available to purchase at the time of pick up. Please message me on my Instagram @nikkijillson for any questions. There will be 6 amazing flavors! Flavors to be sold are… GET TOASTED- Double chocolate graham cracker cookie base with extra chocolate chips and mini marshmallows topped with extra graham cracker crumbs, STUFFED with an actual s’more! So graham cracker bottom chocolate on top and a jumbo size marshmallow filling. THE “OG”- Cinnamon brown sugar cookie base with crushed biscoff cookies and topped with extra large biscoff cookie crumbs, STUFFED with a delicious cookie butter filling. RED WHITE AND U(are going to love this cookie)- Red velvet cookie base with white chocolate chips and topped with extra white chocolate, STUFFED with a sweet cream cheese filling. I SCREAM FOR COOKIES N’CREAM- Crushed oreo, white chocolate cookie base with chunks of crushed up Hershey's Oreo white chocolate bars topped with large crushed Oreo chunks, STUFFED with Oreo white chocolate and a white chocolate Oreo cream. THE MONSTERS COOKIE- Chocolate chip cookie base with extra large chocolate chunks topped with flaky Malden salt, STUFFED with creamy hazelnut Nutella filling. BIRTHDAY SURPRISE- Funfetti sugar cookie base topped with extra sprinkles, STUFFED with a pink fresh strawberry buttercream filling. What is a stuffed cookie you ask? Well, these cookies are 1/2 pound monster cookies filled with delicious goodness! I started to make these cookies to try something new and different that you don’t see everyday and they turned out to be amazing. I believe that I did my brother proud when coming up with these since they definitely are something he would of absolutely loved! So in honor of him, a portion of the proceeds from this Pop-up will be donated to my brothers scholarship at the high school and the fundraiser we are doing for him with the gift of life foundation for the donor dash in April.
