Join me in learning how to take charge of your pregnant, soon to be pregnant, or postpartum body as we dive into our core & pelvic health! Whether you are pregnant, just had a baby, or had a baby 10 years ago- this workshop is for you! The more you know about your body, the better you move, lift, breathe, carry, squat, reduce pain, etc. In this session you are going to learn about why our core and pelvic health is so important, especially during these new seasons of life. We will dive into things like: -Core recovery -Core function -Pelvic Floor -Diastasis Recti -Transverse Abdominis (inner core) -Pressure management -Prolapse -Alignment -and more! No one is going to care about your body more than you do! Come learn about your body & why all of this matters, not just when returning to exercise, but also in meeting the demands of motherhood. The more we learn about our bodies, the more empowered we feel.
