Notice of Community Meeting – Proposed Brownfield Area Designation Under Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Act Representatives for North Miami Ventures, LLC will hold a community meeting on February 23, 2022 from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. ET for the purpose of affording interested parties the opportunity to provide comments and suggestions about the proposed site rehabilitation and designation of land located at 13855 NW 17th Avenue, North Miami, FL 33167 (Folio No. 06-2123-000-0060) as a Brownfield area under Florida’s Brownfields Redevelopment Act. This request for Brownfield area designation is made to the City of North Miami pursuant to Section 376.80, Fla. Stat. The community meeting will take place in-person and have a virtual option. It will occur in-person at the North Miami Public Library, 835 NE 132nd Street, North Miami, FL 33161.
