FREE Learn how to keep a cardiac arrest victim alive until paramedics arrive. Hands-Only CPR focuses on the first few minutes following a cardiac arrest, since the lungs and blood contain only enough oxygen to keep vital organs healthy for that amount of time. Choose from one of these dates: Feb 14, Feb 28 from 1-3 pm. Jan 17, Jan 31 dates have been postponed due to the spike in COVID cases. Can't attend the training? Watch this 1 minute video.
