A practical workshop focused on the importance of measuring the impact of your organization and how that can empower you to move forward Join Heart for ENC as we tackle a topic we believe is important for all organizations: Measuring our Impact. Are the different aspects of our nonprofit - our plans, programs, staffing, funding, etc. - accomplishing what we hope they will? Are we able to quantify the impact our organization is having on the community? How do we tell our story effectively? Questions like these are critical for every organization to consider, and we believe effective measurement is the key to many of those answers. In this workshop we will look at how to measure the effectiveness of your organization and programs and learn how effective measurement can give clarity to your strategy, empower your communication and help move your organization forward in pursuit of your mission. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will work alongside other nonprofit leaders to clarify the outcomes your organization is pursuing and learn about a tool (Theory of Change) that can guide that process. We hope you'll join us on Wednesday, March 9 at the Heart for ENC Training Center for this lunchtime event. We'll provide drinks and a light snack and you're welcome to bring your lunch and eat while you learn. Heart for ENC is glad to offer this event free of charge for eastern NC nonprofits. Our hope is to provide practical resources that will help move us all forward in serving our communities. Heart for ENC exists to equip and empower non-profit organizations and ministries so that they might be freed to do the work that God has called them to do.
