City Hall Vandalized, Arrest Made

San Jose Police arrested a suspect for allegedly vandalizing City Hall late Friday evening. The incident followed a similar situation at the home of Mayor Sam Liccardo. At about 10:45 p.m. Friday, officers responded to Liccardo's residence, where evidence was collected and a vandalism report was taken. Both incidents are related to a planned protest that commenced earlier in the evening in downtown San Jose. Detectives will be investigating to determine if the two vandalism incidents are also related. Anyone with information is asked to contact San Jose Police Department detectives at (408) 277-4161.
