Group Guided Meditation incorporating Kundalini Yoga Join us to release what is no longer serving you and your highest and best self. Receive elevated levels of emotions you desire more of. This creates a new thought process which in turn allows you to improve every area of your life. We begin our session with an invocation followed by gentle Kundalini Yoga and finish with a peaceful guided meditation. This is a beautiful space created for you to release, feel held, protected and safe. We do most of our work on the floor so dress comfortably and bring water. All ages and everyone is welcome.
