Attention all Junior & Senior Vikings!! Get ready for an amazing Prom Night here with us at City Club at Gibson Mill on Saturday, May 7th! Mark your calendars for the Viking Prom 2022!!! 🎉🎉 Viking Prom 2022 will be Saturday , May 7th 2022 from 8pm-12am at the City Club at Gibson Mill in Concord. Ticket purchasers must supply their name and their guests’ names when purchasing a ticket. If the purchaser is unsure about his or her guest at the time of purchase, he or she may state “guest” and update his or her guest’s name no later than 4/23/22. All guest names and accompanying paperwork must be submitted by Friday, April 23rd, 2022. No exceptions. Guests must also be in good behavioral standing and have no outstanding fees. If you are a freshman or sophomore guest of an upperclassman, your date must accompany you to prom. If your guest is someone from outside of CCHS, he or she must accompany you to the prom. No one outside the school will be admitted without a CCHS student accompanying him or her. If your guest is someone from outside of CCHS, you must complete a prom guest permission form and submit a copy of their driver’s license. These must be submitted no later than Friday, April 23rd. No exceptions. All students must show photo proof of identity (driver’s license, passport, student ID) or have a letter of identity from a principal or administrator at their schools. No one 21 or older may come to prom. This includes guests who will turn 21 on or before May 7th, 2022. Once you leave prom, you may not return. If you need to go to your car during prom, an administrator or police officer must accompany you. Students may not sell or transfer a ticket to another student. Additionally, no guest list name changes. If you change your mind about who you are bringing, a new ticket will have to be purchased. All prom ticket sales are final and are non-refundable. Students who are suspended out-of-school during the week of prom (5/2 – 5/6) will not be admitted. *This is a school event; therefore, all school rules apply.* COVID safety precautions will be followed by all in attendance. The price of ticket is $55 per person (early bird pricing) until 3/31/2022. Then the price of ticket is $65 per person between 4/1/2022-4/23/2022. The ticket covers prom entry, snacks/beverages, desserts , DJ and lighting, venue (including tables , chairs , dance floor, and décor). An Off-Duty officer will also be on-site per City Club. Concord City Club has 15,000 square feet of divisible event space with lighted paved parking for more than 500 vehicles. Our outdoor portico is multi-functional, useful as a covered entrance for your vehicles or as a covered space for outdoor entertainment. We also have the capability to re-create our venue to cater to areas for auction items, registrations, or additional booths in a trade show setting. ​
