Join Brian Schrock for a 9 week program designed to help you powerfully train for a 5k race. Each week, you will practice a yoga sequence specifically designed for runners while following a progressive running schedule. At the end of the program you and the group will be ready to complete your race together at the St. Louis Zoo.
