Sheree Savage has been in the trades for more than 17 years. She started off as a carpenter/mason at the age of 17, and she traveled around the world completing building and masonry projects with the military. For the past 11 years, Sheree has co-owned Hero Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, and Drains. During this time, the business has grown from 4 employees to more than 165 today. Sheree's passionate about leadership in business and life, and recently she retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Minnesota National Guard after 23 years. As a wife and mother, she loves to be present with her family and is found hugging her kids any time they are in her arm's reach. This sparked a passion for utility reconstruction work that inspired Patrick and Karen to leap into the construction industry. Minger Construction today is more than just two people and one piece of equipment, but the passion that started the company still burns strong. We now boast a full crew and extensive list of equipment including backhoes, dozers and loaders. Patrick and Karen passed along their love of construction to their son Luke, who is now taking over leadership as president of the company.
